Jaguar Land Group Ltd. is pleased to announce the inception of its Referral Program for referring individuals known to Jaguar Land Group Ltd. We are always looking to meet new professionals who have the experience and skills that match the needs of our clients; therefore this program was created as an incentive to bring new individuals to our ever expanding roster of skilled land professionals.

At Jaguar Land Group Ltd., we trust our consultants and know how well they click with our clients. That’s why we trust your judgement when you refer other land professionals to us. If we haven’t met them before, and end up placing them in a contract or permanent position, you will receive a referral bonus to show our appreciation for helping us add another skilled land professional to our group.  Similarly, if a client known to Jaguar Land Group Ltd. refers a land professional to us, and we hire that individual, we would be pleased to pay a Referral Fee.

The program works as follows:

• Jaguar Land Group Ltd. will post new job descriptions on its website, and email various individuals;
• Consultants, or clients, fill out our on-line Referral Program information describing potential new QUALIFIED candidates that fit a posted job description. Jaguar Land Group Ltd. will then review each application;
• Candidates send their resumes to Jaguar Land Group Ltd., either on-line through our website’s Job Board, or via e-mail.  We  then review each resume and proceed through our regular hiring process;
• If a candidate is hired, the individual who referred the land professional will receive a cash reward of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars;

Rules and Regulations

• This program is open to referring individuals who are known to Jaguar Land Group Ltd. only (ie. current or past consultants / clients); 
• The cash incentive will be rewarded only if a new land professional is hired for a minimum two (2) month period, whether on a contract or permanent basis. The two (2) months can be part of an extension to a contract within a one year period (i.e. a new consultant worked Jan. 1-31, 2011 then again from June 1-30, 2011 = 2 months in total);
• The cash incentive will be awarded within fourteen (14) days after the two (2) month period has been worked by the new land professional. There will be no exceptions to this rule;
• The cash incentive is a one-time fee per new land professional hired.
